Sit-Ups: Week 1 - Day 3

rest 60 seconds between each SET (longer if required)
set 1 12
set 2 15
set 3 11
set 4 11
set 5 max (at least 15)


I got through this workout. It wasn't tough. I did 27 sit-ups in the last set.

Total Sit-Ups = 76
